How long does it take?
Our team of artists draw each customized character from scratch, and we aim to send your digital drawing to you within 5 days for your approval. Once approved by you, we will send you the finalized digital print (character hidden in the scene) within a day. Printed or framed orders will take an additional 7-10 business days for processing and delivery, depending on your location.
How is my art print sent to me?
For digital art prints, please expect to receive an email from us in 5 days. If you've not received anything, kindly check your junk mailbox, or email us at support@makesquintprint. Physical printed or framed art prints will be delivered to your shipping address in a protective box.
Can I add more than one character?
Absolutely! You can add up to 10 characters (including pets) to your scene. Simply select the number of characters, and upload their photos, then let us know whether you'd like us to hide you in different spots or if you'd prefer to stick together!
What kind of photo should I upload?
Please send us high resolution photos so that our artists can see your features clearly. We need to be able to see your face from the font, unless you would prefer to have your side profile drawn. Full body photos are preferred. If you've uploaded a half body photo, our artists will design their own lower body outfit for you from their imaginations! We strongly suggest choosing a photo where you're wearing your favorite outfit! If possible, please name your photos when uploading.
What is the dimension of my art print?
Our printed artwork is 12" x 16" (landscape).
