We hope that we will be able to fulfil your order in a satisfactory and timely manner. If your order arrived faulty or damaged, we are committed to offering you a full refund or replacement of within 30 days of receiving your package. 

We will send you an email to review your character drawing, and you will have 48 hours to request to amend your drawing once, free of charge. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume that the drawing has been approved. We will then hide your character in the scene, and send you the final artwork.
