Our team of artists draws each customized character from scratch, and we aim to send your finished digital artwork to you in <5 days on average. Printed artwork will take an additional 7-10 business days for processing and delivery.

All prices at checkout are shown in USD.

We will send you the drawing of your character avatar for approval via email. If you have any requests for changes, please let us know by replying to the email within 48 hours, otherwise the artwork will be assumed as approved and finalized.

We will not be sending you the full scene for approval as that will reveal where your character is hiding, which takes away the fun and surprise of the product when you receive it.

Physical printed or framed art prints will be delivered to your shipping address.

Absolutely! You can add up to 10 characters (including pets) to your scene. Simply select the number of characters, and upload their photos, then let us know whether you'd like us to hide you in different spots or if you'd prefer to stick together!

Please send us high resolution photos so that our artists can see your features clearly. We need to be able to see your face from the font, unless you would prefer to have your side profile drawn.

Full body photos are preferred. If you've uploaded a half body photo, our artists will design their own lower body outfit for you from their imaginations! We strongly suggest choosing a photo where you're wearing your favorite outfit!

To ensure that your order meets your specifications, please include all necessary details in the drawing notes. Our artists will assume any missing details, which may incur additional charges should you require any changes. Thank you for taking responsibility for providing complete information for your order.

Our printed artwork is 12" x 16" (landscape) at 300 DPI.

As our illustrations are uniquely hand-drawn from scratch by our talented artists, and we will send you your character drawing (not the full scene) for approval, within a 48 hour timeframe.

After the finalized artwork with your character hidden in the scene has been sent to you, either in digital or physical form, any additional amendments may incur additional fees.

Your artwork will be delivered in JPG and PDF format.
